IS it ok to work out at 1030pm at night? I really dont have time any other time what do you think?

  • thats a great time! When you sleep is when your food turns into fat, so if you work it off before you go to sleep your i9n good shape. The only down side is I get wired and can't go to sleep and it seems in the morning i;m STARVING! lol Good luck hun!

  • Alot of people use the excuse they dont have time,so,the fact that you workout around your schedule is great!!!
