  • Mine didnt get mik until after they were 1. I gave them small smushy things to eat off the table like green beans, peas, cooked carrots, pancakes, toast, stuff like that. But they didnt eat regular meals or meat until well after 1.

  • I'm "old school" I guess. My kids had table food early, mashed potatoes, yogurt etc. However, they also had milk early only b/c they were lactose intolerant and the Pediatrician recommended giving them small doses of milk, yogurt and other "milky" things to help them get out of being intolerant. I believe it is not recommended to give milk before 1 year.

  • ive heard diffrent things thats why I asked. I was told to start mixing the milk with the formula but i dont know if im quiet ready to start her on milk i will just wait. On the other hand table foods I might start giving her alil bit. Just things she can pick up and eat by herself. Like veggies and fruits.

  • Table foods are ok at this age, if she's ok with them, but I wouldn't recommend whole milk until at least 12 mos.
