  • Two weeks prior to my cycle, I have cramps on my left side, achy belly, constipation, irritablility to the point I do not like myself. And I can put on 8 pounds of water, I feel like I am gonna explode.

  • I have them worse in my 30's than I ever used to. I get crampy, and I get very emotional and everything makes me cry.

  • I have them worse as I get older too..A few days prior, I get the worst headaches. I have to take Fioricet and Motrin for them. Then I have to have chocolate and salty greasy foods. I also am incredibly b---chy. Also, when I am ovulating, it hurts a lot more too.
