When is the best time to exercise?

and how long after/before eating a meal? what are some good fat burning foods? What are some good exercises to wake up the muscles effected by a c section?

  • I recently read that you benefit most when you exercise at the same time every day, regardless of when that is. Everyone's different, though, as to what works best. I like early mornings, but I HAVE to eat first, or I'll get light headed and have an awful workout. I also have to be more flexible with my timing now, as life is getting in the way of early Mormon workouts (unless I want to get up at 3AM- no thanks!!). I say as long as you can get it in, that's what really counts.

  • Each person is different, I prefer after eating about an hour or so later, realistically you should workout so you can burn something, and of course the better food you eat then it helps with buring more calories!!

  • Early in the morning in fasting. After exercise a glass of fresh water makes you healthy and fresh.

  • as for the c section, good exercises are lying on your back and doing baby UPS! lay baby on your chest and life em straight up"baby UP! baby down..." then when you get stronger use baby as a weight on your chest and do crunches/sit ups.

  • i do what feels right. i hate "exercise" and i love food, so i eat right and only when im hungry. my exercise consists of carrying my baby, training and walking the puppy, and not driving to complete my tasks
