This is when both a man and a woman are in the 69 position; the man would then ejaculate into the woman’s mouth while she simultaneously squirts period blood into his. The two parties would then make-out exchanging the fluids together which then makes a pink like substance around their mouths. This make it look like the two have been enjoying a jelly donut.
