  • Exercise and good eating habits. Free Weights,arm curls, are a good way to tone up your arms,but,if you're talking about the underneath of the arm,thats something that as you get older,doesnt seem to go away no matter what you do. Belly fat will go down as you lose weight and tone up.

  • I recently started working out on a program and the arms are definitely free weights. My arms are lookin' good. The belly, I haven't quite figured out yet but if I do, I'll let you know!
