Oh my god idk what to do plz help!! my daughter

Ok lastnight my exs girlfriend called me out of the blue and asked if me and amber(dds dads sister)if her and I were talking about my daughters father was SEXUALLY TOUCHING HER!?? Wtf hell no I never said that never heard anything about it! Well I ended up goin to my exs house because the cops were called bc of this and my dds dad side is that his sister said that my dd was nasty lice infested. A bottemless pit that she had pics of bruises on her that her dad gave her...ok first I know he wld never molest her!
Second my dd is always clean and she doesn't have lice! The story I got from their dad(this started at his house) was that amber started this and he called the cops bc they were trying to fist fight in his yrd and he was telling that if they keep this up and keep calling the cops and cps on them that all of our kids could get taken away!?? The story I got from amber was this all started bc her brother tried to steal her perscription! And that she had to give the cops her sim card bc all the pictures she had of my dd! And that her brother is takeing all thses pills and smokeing pot.
Ok here's my take on all this I'm getting a police report today I'm talking to cps today I'm goin to do anything and everything to make sure my dd is safe! I'm also not letting my dd go around either of them untill I figure this out!
Ps my friend lives down the rd and she saw the whole thing and she emailed me and told me that my dd dad had just asked her bf if he wanted to smoke spice with him!! Her bf said no but she wanted to let me know bc he's been doing it really hard latly and she was afraid that he was doing it around her!! Omfg what should I do?????
