My son will be 3 in December. These past few months he has become the biggest baby. When he wants somethin and doesn't get it he screams and throws a fit--normal. But he will even cry and scream bc someone else doesn't want something he has like if he has milk and a little boy I keep doesn't want milk, he throws a fit.
But the worst part is, he has to have the same color/type of clothing of every person he sees that day. If I tell him no, he doesn't stop, he will keep on and on for hours until I get him that color shirt he wants or whatever it may be. This will go on 10-20 times a day. Is this normal?
I don't know how much of this whining and crying and screaming I can take. He's driving me crazy and I hate spanking him bc it does no good. Is there anything I can do? I have tried talking to him and telling him I can understand him better and he will more than likely get what he wants if he just tells me and doesn't cry/whine about it. I hope this is just a phase!!!!!
