  • See if you can collect some of her urine into a very clean container and bring it to the doctor. There is definitely something wrong.

  • It depends on where she is bleeding from. If it is from her urethra, it sounds like a kidney infection. If it is from her vagina, she may have torn her hymen doing something or there may be a hormone issue, but that is something you would probably see in her panties, not just when she wipes from peeing. Does she have any sort of rash that could be bleeding?

    My guess would be that she has a kidney infection or some sort of infection in that tract...UTI, bladder, etc.
