I only know of 4 year terms, but that doesn't mean I'm not wrong :)

You mean the minimum time to serve in the military? I think it is 2 years.

It depends. A friend of mine choose a job that required extensive training, so his enlistment was 6 years.

Air Force is either 4 year or 6 years

Army is 2 years or 4 years
Not sure of the other branches.

Mine was six years, it just depends on the job. Typically four.
