It's an herbal remedy that has been suggested to me because some women seem to feel that it helps relieve their pelvic pain caused by overactive muscles. It smells like spoiled yogurt and old socks! Have any of you ladies tried it? Hot or cold? Is there a way to make it taste bearable? Also, how would I find out exactly what's in it?
