  • is great for healthy recipes if you need them. every thing from fried cheesesticks to cheescake.

tonight, i had some pork chops. they were not very thick, and had the bone in. i had some plain bread crumbs that i put some italian seasoning in, and a little bit of lemon pepper. i coated both sides of the pork in the breadcrumbs. i added 2 tbsp of oil to a hot skillet, and barely browned the pork chops on both sides. put it in a casserole dish. i had 3 packages of brown gravy mix. i added the water and whisked together and poured it over the pork chops. baked it on 400* for 20 minutes.
then i put some brown rice in the microwave and made it. then i steamed some broccoli.
after the pork chops were done, we were ready to eat. we put gravy over the pork and rice. i couldnt believe how tender the chops were! im trying to watch my calories and fat intake, and this was ok for me to have.
