what is the "start up" cost in an American Doll in their retail store? Like, bare bones. 1 doll, 1 extra outfit. No skis, wheelchairs, glasses, or upgrades

  • The basic doll is $105. You can choose one of the historic girls or create a doll that looks like your daughter. You can pick skin color, hair color and eye color. You can also choose short hair or long, straight, wavy or curly. It comes with the basic outfit. Just go to the website

  • We just got the basic doll. It comes with an outfit. My mother bought a bunch of outfits that were a different brand and they fit fine. I wouldn't go too crazy. My daughter is 9 now and hasn't touched her doll in about 8 months or more.
