How much did you read with you Los this summer

I slacked we were lucky to read more than three books a week. I feel bd and we barley did any math :c

How does summer go in your house? Do you have them do work or is it summer fun all summer? When I was a kid I never did any work during the summer. I like reading so I did read but not because I was told to. Lol my dd struggles to keep up in reding she's not behind but reading is her weak subject so I wanted to keep her reading so she didn't fall behind.

  • I read a book or two (sometimes three) to DD every night before bed, plus also at least a couple times through the day. She's going into 1st grade and is just now getting more confident on reading things herself, so I have her read me a Bob book or two.

We majorly slacked on "school work" over the summer until the beginning of last week. We have been doing some major cramming and I'm very happy to see that she hasn't really forgotten anything.
