Which would be considered CD1? adult content

Which would be considered CD1 or Day 1 of your cycle?

You go to bed Friday night, dry undies, then wake up Saturday morning with blood in your undies? Would the 1st day of your cycle be Friday or Saturday?

  • Personally Saturday. You have no way of knowing if it started before or after midnight. It really is not that critical for most situations if you are off by a few hours.
