I am about to throw the darn thing out the door!
Some days I loose and some I gain I have cut way back on my portions and started eating healthier. I don't know what else to do!!
Dose anyone else have this problem?
( PS: This week I am on my period so that could be the case but it was doing the same thing last week too.... )
