We have to leave between 6-7 every Saturday for soccer games. I need something fast, healthy and easy that DD can eat in the car on the way to the game.
I was thinking of making breakfast tacos the night before, but not sure how good reheated eggs will be. I looked in the frozen food department for breakfast items, but I've never bought any so I'm not sure what actually tastes good.
She's a big breakfast eater. I cook a hot breakfast every morning so I'm at a loss what to do for her soccer mornings. Whatever it is has to contain minimal sugar, be very filling, fast, healthy, and not too messy since she will be in the car.

I would make breakfast burritos with eggs, turkey sausage and cheese and refrigerate them. Nuke them for a few seconds in the morning and get on the road.

Two things....I make waffles but use half egg whites/half eggs and add cheese and thin sliced ham chopped up or crumbled bacon ...any thing then pour into waffle iron.Freezes great.I have added real maple syrup or those maple crystals you can buy.Depends on my mood. They like them either way. My 14 ear old loves me to make baked cheese grits. Then the next morn reheat in micro ,put in throwaway cup grab some fruit and away we go.
