Ok so Monday my dd was fine all day and then we go to the park with my mom, sister and nephew and my other 2 kids 7 and 1. Well, they were off playing and then they asked if they could go in the sprinklers (which the sprinklers are on concret. So I let them play a few minutes later my 4.5 year old comes over to me she was crying, but no tears so I didn't think it was that bad and told her she would be ok (I didn't see how hard she hit and her 7 year old sister said she didn't see it either) so she went back to play for about an hour maybe an hour and a half well we leave and go to dairy queen to get some ice cream and she gets out of the car and I ask her what is wrong she said her head hurts.
We go in and get ice cream, but she wouldn't eat hers she let it sit there and she layed her head on the table she kept yawning and like trying to fall asleep so I ask my mom if she is ok. My mom said she probably just played hard so she is tired I told my mom she has never not wanted ice cream. Well then she fell asleep at the table so I started freaking out, but my mom kept saying she was just tired. I told my mom she has never just fell asleep like that (she doesn't take naps anymore only time she falls asleep is in the car). So I try waking her up and she wouldn't wake up at first so it was really freaking me out and finally she woke up and said she wants to go home so I take her out to the car to give her tylenol and as soon as she took it she threw it up all over my moms car so my mom told me she just probably caught a bug, but I new that wasn't it. I wanted my mom to take me home first since my dd was not feeling well, but my sister threw a fit cause she had to go home so she took my sister home first then she said she didn't want to get gas after droping me off so she got it before she dropped me off then took me home and my dd sleeping in the back seat. I finally wake her up, but she fell back to sleep again at home (I know you are suppose to keep them up, but she wouldn't stay awake) she kept looking like past me or at the ceiling when she woke up for a second so daddy came home from work and took her to the ER, but by that time she was fine so they said it could be a concusion. This was Monday. She was complaining of her head hurting From Monday until Wednesday.
Well Wednesday she was playing on a seasaw and fell back and hit her head once again she was complaining of her head hurting (I been doing tylenol) She didn't fall hard, but I figure cause of what happend Monday is why it hurt when she fell. Well she went layed down for about a hour (no sleep) and was fine, but complained of her head hurting from Wednesday til Friday.
Friday she was climbing on the trash cans that I kept telling her not to climb on and told her to get off of and she didn't listen so she was standing on them turned around and her foot fell off the edge so she fell backwards and landed hard on her back and head so after that she was yawning and tired (but didn't fall asleep) she was sitting down for a while after that. She has a lump on the back of her head now, but she is complaining her head hurting still and tylenol isn't working.
UGH kids lol....I need a helet for her lol. How long should I try to keep her from hitting her head anymore? How can I keep her from that (she is always on the go and hyper lol)? And how long should I wait before taking her to the DR about her head hurting still?

Forever. You should always make every attempt to protect the head. Her brain is bruised and she keeps hitting it.
Like with a bruise on your arm, if you keep hitting it it wont heal. Except this is the brain and when hit enough times- gray matter DIES.
