Sometimes I hear people say they do. I always wondered how many actually do.

Yes & No. Yes, in that my marriage sucked and now I'm stuck with my ex. But, No because that's obviously what it took to have my little girls.

No, but I do wish that I had been better prepared for marriage. I got married at 18 and I had bought into the "happily ever after" and was totally unprepared for just how much work is involved in learning how to keep things running smoothly. But, after 47 1/2 years, I can't imagine not having spent my life with my husband.

No. But had I married the guy I was dating at 18, the answer would be different. Same for the guy I was dating at 22.
