Mine start about a week before, unfortunately. Probiotics seem to help for me.

yes. almost always.... personal question for your personal question; do you wear tampons.... the reason i'm asking this is be/c it seems that when i change tampons, i always have to use the bathroom soon after.

Okay, I know the technical reason for this Harsh.... It's because the prostaglandins (which are responsible for causing cramping, or the utetus to contract) actually can leak into the colon. Nothing you can do about it. Sorry....

On another note: I AM DONE WITH THAT SHIAT!!!! YES!
