I prefer to grill them, but broiling is good too. Depending on the size, they'll take from 3-5 min per side. You want them to be just cooked through...if you overcook them they'll be dry. A good way to keep the moisture in is to use mayonnaise. Slather a thin layer on both sides of the steak, then season with lemon pepper and a little salt. Have your rack at least 4 inches from the heat if broiling. If grilling, use a med-hot grill. The mayo will pretty much disappear, leaving behind a moist, perfectly cooked piece of meat.
Another really tasty way to prepare it, if you are going to grill it, is to cube it and wrap each piece in a piece of prosciutto then skewer 4-5 pieces on each skewer. Rub with a tiny dab of olive oil, and grill for about 3 min per side.
