What is one item that you feel you need to stock up on?

meaning, you can never have enough?

Mine would have to be paper products, paper towels, tp, kleenex....

For me, it's storage baggies or foil. I seem to go through a lot of those, and hate the thought of running out.

As for cooking though, I hate running out of chicken broth. I use it a lot, and hate running out of it.
