Safe to eat??

I made an oatmeal casserole, it has eggs and milk. I baked it for 35 minuets and left it out over night... is it safe to eat? Im breastfeeding my 11 day old and I'm worrisome about everything! Is it safe it did not harden it was very gooey this morning...

2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnut pieces
1 cup raspberries {any berries work}
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
2 cups milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 ripe banana, peeled, 1/2-inch slices

  • I stored it in my oven with tinfoil on it... so I already took four bites out of it before thinking about it so I already ate some.... now I'm stressed!!

  • Did you know you can actually put all the in the crock pot and cook it on low overnight? That way you wouldn't have to worry about that.

  • After cooking something and cooling it down it needs to be refrigerated or else you are creating the perfect breeding ground for germs. Dump it.

  • But I dont refrigerate cakes after cooking them and they have milk and eggs...

  • Don't stress dear. My mother does not put her cakes in the fridge either. I do. I'm a weirdo when it comes to the stuff I always keep in the fridge.
