What can I use to clean my baby hands?

He's at that stage where he's grabbing at everything and even though I'm not really a germophobe I do get concerned cuz he's also teething and constantly sucking his hands. I don't want to use hand sanitizer or soap but I don't feel like baby wipes do a well enough job. What can I do?

  • I have always just used baby wipes.

    soap is just time consuming

and the hand sanitizers are extremely hazardous for babies putting hands in their mouths!

  • You would be really surprised what a baby wipe can take off. I have even used them to take off markings on a wall & I even use them for myself to wipe my makeup off first before soap & water. I also carry them in my gym bag to clean off the gym equipment before using them & then when I pick up my son from Daycare that they have there, I wipe his hands down after he has played with other kids who may have colds & shared the toys together.

  • dont use hand sanitizers on him please, these products kill the nature germs that are on our skin for protection, and the hand sanitizers allow the bad germs to get in/om our skin and flurish.. I used warm wash cloths or baby wipes

  • We use baby wipes. Those things work amazing on just about anything you need to clean. Pampers have swipers that work really well.. its definitely our hand cleaner of choice.
