  • Yes you can according to the laws of 1872. States that it is an offense to be drunk while in charge on any highway or public place.

You can be arrested and charged for a drunk driving/riding offense.

  • No, they have the same regulations across the board intoxication is intoxication doesn't matter if they walk, ride, etc. and did ou know that if they're shitfaced and driving their chairs around they can get a DUI same as if you're riding a bike drunk.

  • Is he drunk, or a drunk?

It's not legal in my state to sell alcohol to someone who is visibly intoxicated, but just being an alcoholic in a wheelchair wouldn't mean he isn't legally able to buy it.

  • Let me check the drinking and wheelchair laws in our state.

If he's drunk and buys more alcohol, he's impaired. Because he's impaired, can he cross the road safely? BRB

Going to see if I can find a statute on this, lol

  • What if he fell out of his wheelchair? Would the person who sold him the alcohol be responsible for his injuries?
