  • Do you have a prompt care you can go to? I would really have it looked at.

  • Ok my SO said if you aren't going to go to the hospital, clean it out with rubbing alcohol, super glue it together then bandage it up. Depending on how bad it is he shouldn't move his leg until the super glue is dry. If he can't glue it together, it needs stitches.

  • Go to the ER. The worst that will happen if you go to the ER and can't pay the bill is it will go on your credit for a few years. What would be worse, having your hubby seriously injured from not treating it, or having a ding on your credit for a few years?

  • You should go to the ER but if you can't, keep cleaning it really really well. It could bleed for several days. Put polysporin on it and a clean bandage, changing and cleaning it a few times a day. If it gets hot or he gets a fever, go in, it means infection.

  • If you have to ask if you need to go to the hospital or not. The obvious answer would be HELL YES.
