  • You have to check with each store management. You could get lucky.

  • Ya, they do not allow solitation of any kind. Do not allow people to harrass their customers - is how they see it.
People have been asked to leave by managers. I've never heard of anyone being fined.

  • What if I sell walking around in the parking lot? Fined by security?

  • Wait, ...selling stuff is considered "sponsorship"?

Basically... they are saying they approve of your mission and they are letting you make money while on their property & from their customers how might have spent that money in their store

  • I think, you have to get a voucher from the home office. they won't just let anyone sell outside anymore.
one year, they couldn't even let the girl scouts sell their cookies. BUT last year they were there again.
Call and speak to the manager of the store. And plan in advance for this paperwork.
