What would you do with an extra $41.66 (single) or $83.00(married) a month

The over 900 billion dollar stimulus plan being proposed in the Senate would give taxpayers a CREDIT(not check) of $500 (single) and $1000(married).

Would that help you stimulate the economy?
Would it help you pay off your bills?
Buy a new house?
Buy a new car?

So, while Shreveport, LA is asking for a check with hundreds of millions of dollars for a waterslide, how will you spend your stimulus CREDIT

  • Bills. I'll be damned if I waste it on frivolous things in this economic climate and I bet that's what most people are going to do with theirs too. This whole stimulus thing is not worth going in to debt over. They need to scrap it and start again.
