What should I get the girls for snacks?

I need to get some sort of snacks in prepackaged bags or fruit...where do I begin?

This is for girls in the cheer leading team

  • Individual bags of apple slices, bags of carrots with dippers, snack bags with grapes in them

  • Since they are active something with whole grain carbs would be good, like whole grain fruit bars.

  • What about some string cheese for protein, and fruit. Maybe some whole grain crackers. I like the whole grain fruit bars, or granola type bars if they're low in sugar.

  • Anything homemade? Make muffins using whole wheat flour and less sugar, I make either zucchini or pumpkin apple.
