  • Avoid anything with peanuts/nuts or red dye, but other than that, anything you can put in a baby food grinder would be okay to let him try.

  • Dice up pieces of whatever you're eating as long as he's been tried on it already. Any time you give a new food...still do the few days trial with hit.

Hold off on the obvious (peanuts,nuts...allergen foods), but other than that..go for it.

  • My DD is 7 months old and she eats whatever I'm eating as long as there is no allergen foods.. I also give her a large variety of gerber fruits & veggies.

  • whatever your eating! Ella is almost 8 months old (feb 14) and refused stage 3 baby food so we started giving her what we were eating unless its an allergen producer i.e. nuts, strawberries, peanuts...etc...she loves it.

when im in a hurry i just get those pasta pickups from gerber and cut them into tinier pieces...its a mess but she loves them
