Give me a hair style!

Can you give me a picture of what you think matches my wishlist?

Right now I have long hair (long being like almost to my lower back). It's too long and I need to get a cut. I don't like short hair on me so short isn't a workable option.

My hair is naturally curly (not tight curls, but more like very wavy and the shorter it is the more spring it has) - which is why the short cuts don't work on me, I end up looking like a clown.

I don't like bangs, but I do like shaping around the face.

I try to keep it long enough in the front to be able to pull it back into a ponytail when I work out.

I don't mind doing a little styling, but I also want to be able to let it be curly on days I am feeling lazy or running late.

So, pictures can be straight and styled or curly and wild. I don't mind layering, as I am sure this takes some of the bulk off.

Any suggestions?

  • The last one on Charlotte's looks like my hair (when I flat iron), not quite as burgundy though.

  • Sorry QuinnMae, I couldn't resist.

I agree with the ladies who posted above - a shoulder-length style.
