  • My boys didn't want todeal with umbrellas, even as teens. Hooded rain jackets were all they wanted. My GD insists on rainboots and an umbrella..and she wants them to match..

  • hooded rain coat and boots for fun. The umbrella (at my house at least) would become a weapon...

  • DS only wants a hoodie and even then usually leaves the hood part off. Umbrella would be a weapon for my son as well.

  • I just get a jacket that is somewhat water proof with a hood. I never get an actual raincoat, I'm too practical. How many times would they actually wear it before they outgrew it? They have umbrellas, but they are really just for fun, I wouldn't sent them to school. My daughter, 9, just wears a hoodie.

  • Just a raincoat if I am not mistaken umbrellas are not allowed.

  • Just a raincoat. Umbrellas and little kids are dangerous. They don't know how to hold them properly and can poke eyes out.
