It's a 4-chan pic, sooooo...

The pic has been altered - you can see it in the compression. The question is if it was actually "enhanced" or they just cleaned up bits they didn't like. I lean towards alteration, because it's obvious they did some major "work" on the face.

My mother was that big (4ft 11in, and about 105lbs when she got pregnant) when she had my twin brothers, but there was NO way her belly was perky like that. It hung down to her knees.

I showed it to hubby, an amateur photographer, and his input is: She's too front heavy. To counter balance the stomach and arms, her butt would have to be out more than it is. If it is photoshopped, it's well done. She has no balance standing that way.

I would also agree. To be THAT pregnant, there is little to NO way she'd be comfortable for any length of time with her feet MAYBE shoulder width apart.
