Ack help!! Crockpot recipe for pork top loin roast?!

I've never cooked one of these before- was going to do a roast with potatoes and carrots but my potatoes were growing carrots

I was thinking pulled pork but I don't know if this is a cut of meat that will pull? It's a 2 lb roast and I have 6 hours for it to cook

ASAP! Help! Google just confuses me!!

  • If it doesn't pull you can just slice it thin. I've done it before.

  • Put your vegetables underneath the roast, salt and pepper and put on high for 6 hrs.

Vegetables will cook faster and have the juices of roast. Might want to add 1/2 cup of broth or water.

  • I used to throw chicken broth and carrots with the roast. It turned out pretty good. Tender and flavorful. What other staples do you have?

  • I sliced an onion and some garlic cloves.

I put the roast on top with salt, pepper, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce

Then I put chicken base in the bottom and some water.

... I'm not impressed! Anything else?
