  • i like dermalogica's ''daily micro exfoliant'-its gentle enough to be used daily without scrubbing your skin...can be purchased through skin care salons, ulta(in-store and online), and i think sephora.also, you can just google it, and find other places (online) to order from.
also, sometimes i simply use a couple teaspoons of sugar mixed with a facewash..just enough to hold the sugar together. sugar works great to exfoliate..and its something you already have in your possession. you can google(my fave thing to do!) 'homemade facial products' and i'm sure you can find lots of ideas right out of your panty.

  • I make my own sugar scrub using vegetable oil & corse sugar + scent (soap making supplies found at local craft store)
    Easy Sugar Scrubs

    * to fit in jar- Sugar (brown or White) {OR Sea Salt)
    * enough to wet it- oil (ex. vegie, canola, etc.)
    * 1 tsp- essential oils (OR use Extracts, vanilla, almond, orange, peppermint etc)

Add the amount of sugar that you would like to have in your jar. Then add the type of oil you have chosen and mix together with a spoon. Lastly add the essential oils. Let stand over night and if the oil doesn't rise to the top add more oil. To use: scoop some of the scrub into your hand and rub it around. Rinse.
