What are good uses of ciabatta bread?

I had a loaf of ciabatta bread given to me and I need some ideas as to how to use it; besides for dipping or paninis. Thanks

  • Use it to make a pizza. Cut it up and make croutons. Or dry it out and use it for stuffing for Thanksgiving. You can season the bread with herbs and oils, bake it, let it cool and process in a food processor.

  • you can always cut it into cubes and dry it out for croutons or dry it out and grate it for bread crumbs if it's an acessive amount
