What are fun cute decorating and food ideas for my 9 year old daughters halloween party???

on a budget of course and its going to be at a community center.

  • spider webs- cheap and cover a lot of area!

  • For treats do witches hats, a shortbread cookie covered in chocolate upside down, a dot of frosting and a Hershey kiss on top.
    You can do bags with boooo'res two graham crackers a individual wrapped choco bar and a ghost shaped marshmallow.
    Pumpkin poop bags, just those cheese flavored balls and a cute label that says pumpkin poo

  • Well you have to do pumpkin painting (safer than carving) You should be able to get small pumpkins about 2 for a $1. I would make party favors of napkin wrapped suckers to look like ghosts, and there are hundreds of awesome food ideas,, put dry ice under the punch to look like smoke,
    Martha Stewart had awesome food ideas on her website last year.

  • Serve dips and stuff in a pumpkin! I've always wanted to do that! Have an apple bobbing contest! Those are such fun for kids!
