how can you get a false negative at 8 weeks pregnant?

  • Your hcG levels may not be high enough for the test to detect. Its rare, but its not impossible.

    Either that, or you've got a faulty test.

  • peaches is right. if you think you are 8 weeks pregnant, then retest in a few days to a week. or go to your dr for a blood test.

  • Yes, I was 4 months preg before I got a + test result. I tested every month for 4 months.
