  • I work out, eat chocolate chip cookies, or get a Starbuck Frapp. :)

  • mm yea starbucks double chocolate chip frapp. yummy. I take a shower, turn the radio up and yell(sing with it loudly). That usually makes me feel better. Oh and to just scream one time. I used to cry but I realized all it does is make me tired.

  • I take a long hot bath and read a book. Then if I am still a little blue I start writing down how I feel and why I feel that way. This always helps and your writing does not have to be perfect only you are going to read it so if it makes sense only to you then it is perfect.

  • When I'm blue I put on music and sit with my feet up and read. Or I complain to my husband- not for him to do anything, but just to complain. After I complain I usually feel better. Poor husband. :)
