Yoga video suggestions

Can you recommend a yoga video for beginners? The most affordable studio close to me only has beginner classes around my kid's bedtime.

  • Sometimes I do yoga along with Wai Lana on PBS, but not all of her shows are for beginners. Often times I'm just like, "No way is that happening!"  I did a search for 'beginner yoga' on YouTube the other day and found a couple of nice ones.  You can usually tell what they're going to be like before you watch them by reading the users' comments.

  • I have this one - it's one Pilates routine and one yoga:

I haven't used the actual disk in ages, since I had all the movements memorized, but it's a good intro.
