What to do about toddlers 1st scrape?

My daughter fell on the sidewalk and scraped her hand and knee pretty bad. It was bloody, but not dripping. I already put breastmilk & melaluca gel on it. Should I put a bandage on it or let it breathe? If I leave it open, do I have to keep her inside to avoid outdoor germs? Suggestions?

  • I'd cover it to help keep it clean. She's just as likely to pick up germs indoors as out.
