I need a butt lift?

i have a butt, i just want it back where it use to be! What exercise is best for that?

  • i agree, or backward leg lifts. Place your hands against the wall and lift your leg up behind you..hold it up for a few seconds. This can also be done with extra weight, use ankle weights! It also works with your arms extended out in front of you, rather then holding the wall...I just have horrible balance lol. Good Luck!
