HELP! My ipad is frozen in a black screen with the apple logo

What can I do?

  • have you rebooted? when that happened with the iPodTouch, they told us to turn it off, and restart. or something like that.

  • Just like you do with an iPhone would be my guess. You have to hold the button on the front of the ipad down and the power button on the top down at the same time until it turns off. Then turn it back on after a few minutes. It might give the apple logo while it is restarting.
