  • Location is the most important. I don't want my son growing up in a creepy neighborhood. I also don't want to be afraid to go outside at night. Next is storage. I'm looking at buying a very small house, 768 square feet. It has built in dressers in every bedroom. There are tons of cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. Layout is important too.
