Easy meals

Throw a piece of boneless chuck roast in the crock pot with a jar of salsa and let it go. That's it. Just before serving I'll add some Minute rice to the pot and nuke a veggie and dinner is served.

The real easy meal is going out to dinner and letting them make it for me. Then I don't have to cook or clean up.

Goulash ( elbows, ranch style beans, velvet tea, and ground meat)
Boiled shrimp( make a salad with it and you'll have dinner in 15 minutes)

I throw part of a pork loin in the crock pot in the morning with some dry rub and water. When it's done I shred it, pull out any fat chunks, pour bbq sauce on it, let it cook another hour or more, and serve on buns with fresh fruit & veggies. Spaghetti using canned or jarred sauce and bagged salad mix. Breakfast - eggs, toast, fruit is quickest/easiest but pancakes/eggs/fruit is almost as quick and easy. Wraps, sandwiches.
