so someone told me she was watching a tv show or reading a magazine or somthing and read that using walkers actually can delay a child ability to walk? any one had this problem? cuz i just bought my son a really cool jeep walker:)
Personally I think they are only dangerous if you are lazy and you don't keep an eye on your children. They aren't meant to be a baby-sitter for your child. If you use them you need to supervise your child. I think that they are great. I supervised my son when he used his and I don't see how it could possibly be dangerous. My son learned how to walk when he was 10 months old, sooo, I don't see how that delayed his ability to walk at all, especially since you see kids that aren't walking until they are what, 15 months old?
For those of you that said they are dangerous: exactly how are they dangerous? Was it because of the irresponsibility of the parents? Hmmm..
