Do you take your showers in the mornings or in the evenings?

I take mine in the mornings. It helps wake me up and get my day going. Occasionally depending on how much I sweat throughout the day I'll take another one before bed.

  • In the evening. I like feeling clean before going to sleep. Plus showers help relax me some.

  • Morning, I don't feel clean and can't start my day until I've showered. If I take one in the evening because it's been hot, or I've done some serious cleaning that made me feel gross, I'll still take another in the morning.

  • Morning, it's helps to wake me up. I also get pillow head and need the shower to wash and dry it. My kids take showers before bed.
