My daughter has a bump in her ear

she have black heads in her ear what can i do she said that it is painful

  • Use a Q-tip and put some alcohol on it. It'll help dry it up.

  • Sounds like a pimple. You can use a black tea bag to bring the swelling down. Steep a bag of tea in boiling water for three minutes. Take the bag out and squeeze all of the liquid out. Wait until you can handle the teabag, but it should as hot as you can stand. Hold the teabag on the bump, make sure head is tilted so the liquid won't get in the ear canal. Hold until the bag is cool. Do this every 3-4 hours and it should bring the swelling down.

  • My doctor had my do an ear wash with hydrogen peroxide for wax build up, this also drys up pimples, and won't hurt her ear if it gets inside. Good Luck Mama.
