What are some healthy way's to relieve what I like to call "everyday life stress"? What can I do to feel better immediately when something really get's me mad?

  • Exercise, I always put on my MP3 player and get on the treadmill until I feel more calm. Or I find my Tae Bo dvd! ^.^
