  • BBQ and TexMex mainly. Here in the Hill Country they have what they call a pepper steak that's regional. It's basically a hamburger patty stuffed with jalapeños, cheese and topped with a brown gravy.

  • I live at the Port of Los Angeles, so we're really known for seafood as the fishing boats come in right here and you can't get it much fresher.

    Also since it's Los Angeles, avocados, citrus fruits, Mexican food........
